The company was registered and established. In September 2010, the company moved to a new factory building with a total area of about 10000 m² and the second tube production line was officially put into production, with a monthly production capacity of over 400 tons. In December of the same year, the first technical seminar of Shandong Xinheyuan was held in Lijing, Tai'an. The theme of the seminar was "Development Status and Future Application Trend of aluminum heat transfer", which attracted hundreds of heat exchange compaines, raw material suppliers and equipment manufacturers from Domestic and foreign to discuss the future development trend of aluminum heat transfer. At the meeting, the future strategic plan, new brand strategy and new product development direction of Xinheyuan were released. The high-end, efficient and high-quality of the meeting was recognized by the industry.

In November of the same year, the R&D Center passed the certification audit of "Shandong Enterprise Technology Center". The R&D center is equipped with the most advanced German roll design software and has the only imported mold scanner in Asia. The second technical seminar of Shandong Xinheyuan-Intercooler Technology Seminar was grandly held. Wang Zhongzhu, Secretary General of Automotive Radiator Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, and Zhu Ming, General Manager of Xinheyuan delivered opening speeches. DBTS, Zhejiang Yin Lun, Yangzhou Qunfa and other leading enterprises in intercooler industry were invited to attend. At the meeting, the future development plan and new product development direction of Xinheyuan in the field of high-frequency welded intercooler tubes were released, and this seminar established Xinheyuan's leading position in thin-walled precision high-frequency welded intercooler tubes. In December of the same year, the company passed the audit of "National High-tech Enterprise". Reviewing the ten-year time, Xinheyuan has developed from obscurity at the beginning of its business to being far ahead in the heat exchange industry and also becoming a well-known supplier of heat exchange system parts in China. The drawing process is added to the manifold. First, the products are finished to improve the internal and external roundness, precision and appearance of the manifold; Second, the product is reshaped by drawing, and new product development is realized without developing a mold separately. A variety of products with different wall thicknesses and tube diameters can be produced by drawing process for the same tube type, which greatly reduces the product development cost, shortens the progress of new product development and can quickly seize the market.

The 90*13. 5 aluminum shell products were debugged for the first time on 26th ,September, and after several months of hard debugging, the samples passed the customer verification in March,2020. And The parts through continuous improvement, it entered mass production on June 25th, which fully met BYD's production capacity demand. This means that the company has made a major breakthrough in the strategic layout of products and successfully entered the new energy vehicle market, laying a foundation for the company's subsequent stable development and re-creation.

In August 2021, the blade battery case’s cutting, shaping, helium inspection, cleaning, and film post-processing line were successfully developed and put into production. Through advanced production equipment, exquisite craftsmanship, and technology integration services ,the blade battery cases have been realized and improved the production of the client. Efficiency and cost reduction have been highly recognized by customers.

In May 2022, the new energy workshop will be completed and put into operation. The workshop carries the heavy task of producing blade battery structural parts in the national East China market. It is the epitome of XHY’s new energy sector business and will become a model for XHY to establish branches across the country in the future. This workshop is equipped with four blade battery case production lines, and is equipped with more than 40 post-processing production lines, automatic cleaning machines, special clean rooms, etc., with a designed annual production capacity of 800 million yuan.

This base forms a strategic geographical synergy with Quzhou Jidian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Geely Group) to realize localized supply of long-cell battery shells—a core component of NEV power systems. This initiative signifies the company’s deepened long-term strategic collaboration with Geely Group, optimized market layout in East China, and enhanced brand influence in the new energy high-end manufacturing cluster.

The company successfully developed and obtained national patent authorization (Patent No.: 202323112086.0) for a next-generation battery shell structure—the "Dragon Scale Armor" explosion-proof blade battery shell. Based on the traditional blade battery structure, this product achieves a major breakthrough by innovatively adopting a three-in-one process integrating shell convex forming, precision punching, and laser-welded explosion-proof valves, integrating the explosion-proof valve system directly into the blade battery shell for the first time. This core technology enables thermoelectric physical separation inside the battery, significantly improving safety protection levels under extreme operating conditions, and marks the company’s significant progress in the design of high-safety automotive battery structures.

Guangdong Heye Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Shandong Xinheyuan, was formally established. As the only enterprise in China with independent R&D and manufacturing capabilities for the entire technology chain of automotive battery shells (including blade battery shells), covers, and energy storage batteries, its core products include blade battery shells, positive/negative electrode covers for automotive batteries, and accessories. Leveraging Shandong Xinheyuan’s sales network in the automotive battery sector, it focuses on deploying the automotive battery shell (including blade battery shells) market in the Pearl River Delta. In collaboration with Zhongshan Runye, which has over a decade of expertise in energy storage battery technology, it promotes the strategic expansion of blade battery shells into the energy storage field, establishing an industrial pattern driven by both "automotive batteries + energy storage".

The world’s first fully intelligent blade battery shell manufacturing equipment R&D and production line, independently developed by Shandong Xinheyuan, was officially commissioned.
