In order to deepen Party history learning and education and inherit red genes, from July 7 to 8, led by Wang Quanwei, Secretary of the Party Branch, the Party Branch Committee of Xinheyuan Company of the Communist Party of China organized 11 Party members and active Party members to carry out the themed Party building activity of "Review the History of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and Strengthen the Original Aspiration and Mission" in Zaozhuang, Tai'erzhuang, Weishan Lake and other places. Through immersive learning, the activity aimed to strengthen Party spirit cultivation, focus on the in-depth integration of Party building and the company's development, and explore new paths for innovative development.
Party Building Leads Development, and Red Spirit Empowers Innovation
On the first day, Secretary Wang Quanwei emphasized when leading the oath-taking at the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army Baodugu Anti-Japanese Memorial Park: "The struggling spirit of revolutionary ancestors is a precious asset for the company to overcome difficulties." Combining the company's current key work such as technological research and development and market expansion, he deployed the "Party Member Pioneer Post" establishment plan on the spot, requiring Party members to take the lead in making breakthroughs in key projects. When visiting the ancient city of Tai'erzhuang, Party members conducted discussions around the theme of "Canal Culture and National Spirit", and proposed to integrate the concept of traditional cultural protection into the company's product design and innovation, so as to promote the integrated development of culture and technology.
Party History Serves as a Mirror to Clarify the Direction, and Organizational Principles Strengthen the Foundation
At the study seminar, Secretary Wang Quanwei systematically expounded on Party history and pointed out: "The Party's organizational principles are the magic weapon for the victory of the revolution and also the guide for our enterprise to overcome difficulties." Combining cases such as the Zunyi Conference, he vividly explained the practical wisdom of democratic centralism: "At the Zunyi Conference in 1935, the Party Central Committee corrected the 'Left' deviant line by fully promoting democracy and conducting criticism and self-criticism. Finally, a centralized decision was made on the basis of democracy, and Comrade Mao Zedong's leading position was established. This historical experience tells us that only by adhering to the 'Four Obediences' - individual Party members obey the organization, the minority obeys the majority, lower-level organizations obey higher-level organizations, and the whole Party obeys the Central Committee - can the scientific nature and execution of decisions be ensured." On the next day, during the ecological practice in Weishan Lake Wetland, Party members, in combination with the concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", proposed to apply environmental protection technologies to the company's new product development to help the transformation of green manufacturing.
Through the mode of "on-site visit + special teaching + practical discussion", this activity not only enabled Party members to deeply understand the connotation of the revolutionary spirit, but also clarified the leading role of Party building in the company's development.
