Self-developed full-process post-processing production line for battery shells: Integrates four core modules: spin-cutting finishing, full-area deburring, and online intelligent coding. Precision stamping press: Integrated with automation, it is used for stamping components of blade battery shells for automotive batteries. It realizes automatic feeding, automatic positioning identification and judgment, multi-station automatic feeding, integrated stamping, and automatic discharging of blade battery shell stamping parts, improving production efficiency and quality stability of blade battery shells for automotive batteries while reducing labor costs.
